Affiliate Partner Program Terms & Conditions and Agreement Confirmation Link

AFFILIATE PROGRAM AT A GLANCE: Your referral receives 50% off quarterly cohort and pays $249 in full. The affiliate offer is not valid with payment plans. You earn $50 for each eligible, verified enrollment completed using your unique coupon code. Coupon code reports and any payments due are issued on the 1st of each month or the next business day.

By participating in the AI Institute of Certification™ Affiliate Partner Program (“Program”), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Program Eligibility

The Program is available to approved AI Institute of Certification™ cohort members and other individuals specifically authorized to participate. Participation is a privilege and may be suspended or terminated for misuse, misrepresentation, fraudulent activity, or violation of these terms.

2. Exclusive Affiliate Coupon Code

Each Affiliate Partner will receive a unique coupon code to share with eligible prospective students. For the cohort, the code provides the referred participant with 50% off the applicable full enrollment price, reducing the qualifying enrollment fee to $249 when paid in full.

The affiliate discount:

Is valid only for eligible new enrollments for the designated cohort.
Requires the $249 enrollment fee to be paid in full at checkout.
Cannot be used with a payment plan.
Cannot be combined with any other coupon, promotion, scholarship, discount, or special offer.
Must be entered and successfully applied at the time of purchase.

3. Referral Earnings

Affiliate Partners will earn $50 for each eligible, verified enrollment completed using their unique affiliate coupon code.

A referral is considered eligible when:

The participant uses the Affiliate Partner’s unique code at checkout.
The participant pays the qualifying $249 enrollment fee in full.
The payment is successfully processed and not disputed, reversed, refunded, or charged back.
The transaction complies with these Program Terms.
The unique coupon code used at checkout will determine which Affiliate Partner receives credit for the referral.

4. Referral Tracking

AI Institute of Certification™ will track eligible referrals through coupon code usage recorded on its website and payment system.

Affiliate Partners are responsible for ensuring that referred individuals use the correct code at the time of purchase. Referral credit will not be provided if a purchaser forgets to enter the code, enters another person’s code, or completes the purchase without a valid affiliate code. If person does NOT use YOUR SPECIFIC CODE at checkout, it will NOT count towards your referrals, and cannot be disputed.

5. Monthly Reporting & Payment

Coupon code website reports/printouts, together with any referral payment due, will be issued on the first day of each month or the next business day if the first falls on a weekend or holiday. The report will reflect eligible, verified referrals attributed to the Affiliate Partner’s unique coupon code for the applicable reporting period. Only qualifying referrals that have been successfully processed and verified will be included in payment. Transactions that are pending, disputed, reversed, refunded, charged back, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible may be excluded or carried forward for further review.

6. Payment Cut-Off

To be included in the upcoming monthly payout, eligible referrals must be completed, paid in full, and verified by the 25th of the month. Any eligible referrals received after the 25th through the last day of the month will automatically roll over to the following month’s payout cycle. Affiliate reports and any payments due will be issued on the 1st of each month, or the next business day if the 1st falls on a weekend or holiday.

Example: A qualifying referral completed by July 25 will be included in the August 1 payout. A qualifying referral completed July 26–31 will roll over and be included in the September 1 payout.

7. Refunds, Chargebacks & Reversed Payments

No affiliate payment is earned on an enrollment that is refunded, disputed, charged back, reversed, canceled, or determined to be fraudulent. If an Affiliate Partner has already been paid for a referral that is later refunded, charged back, or reversed, AI Institute of Certification™ reserves the right to deduct the $50 referral payment from future affiliate earnings or request repayment where appropriate.

8. No Self-Referrals or Code Misuse

Unless expressly approved in writing, Affiliate Partners may not use their own affiliate code to receive a commission on their own enrollment or transaction.

Affiliate Partners may not:

Create fake or duplicate enrollments.
Misrepresent the Program, certification, pricing, outcomes, or credentials.
Make false or guaranteed claims about employment, income, career advancement, business results, or certification outcomes.
Alter or misrepresent official AI Institute of Certification™ marketing materials.
Engage in spam, deceptive advertising, or unlawful promotional practices.

9. Independent Affiliate Relationship

Participation in the Program does not create an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, agency relationship, or franchise between the Affiliate Partner and AI Institute of Certification™.

Affiliate Partners participate as independent referral partners and are responsible for any personal tax obligations associated with payments received through the Program.

10. Use of Brand and Intellectual Property

Affiliate Partners may use approved promotional materials by AI Institute of Certification™ solely for the purpose of promoting the Program. Participation does not grant ownership of or unrestricted rights to the AI Institute of Certification™ name, trademarks, logos, course materials, certification content, or other intellectual property.

11. Program Changes or Termination

AI Institute of Certification™ reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Affiliate Partner Program, discount amount, referral payment, eligibility requirements, or these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will not affect eligible referral payments already properly earned before the effective date of the change, unless the underlying transaction is later refunded, reversed, charged back, or determined to be fraudulent.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By accepting and sharing an affiliate coupon code or participating in the Program, the Affiliate Partner acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
