Certification Pathway: Policies & Procedures AI Institute of Professional Development Last Updated: May 2026

1. Program Overview

The Four Credential Certification Pathway is a professional development program delivered by the AI Institute of Professional Development. All certifications issued are CPD accredited professional development credentials. Participation in this program does not guarantee employment, income, or specific business outcomes.

2. Enrollment & Registration

Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment or an agreed payment arrangement
All enrollments are personal and non-transferable to another individual
The AI Institute of Professional Development reserves the right to decline or remove any participant whose conduct is deemed disruptive, inappropriate, or inconsistent with the professional standards of the program
Cohort sizes are limited and enrollment is offered on a first-come, first-served basis from the active waitlist

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the AI Institute of Professional Development within 7 days of enrollment and/or within 7 days of first payment made (whether deposit, split payment or in full) and before the cohort start date
No refunds will be issued once the cohort has commenced or after the 7 days has elapsed since this is a digital experience.
In the event that a cohort is cancelled by the AI Institute of Professional Development, participants will be offered a full refund or transfer to the next available cohort
Partial completion of the program does not entitle the participant to a partial refund

4. Certification Requirements

Certifications are awarded upon successful completion of the assessed requirements for each level of the pathway
All four certifications must be earned sequentially - participants cannot skip levels
The International AI Consultant designation is awarded exclusively upon full completion of the Four Credential Certification Pathway, including successful delivery of the live capstone presentation at the Virtual AI Summit
Certifications are valid for five years from the date of issue
The AI Institute of Professional Development maintains official certification records for the full five-year validity period
Falsification, misrepresentation, or unauthorized use of any credential issued by the AI Institute of Professional Development is strictly prohibited

5. Credential Verification

Each certification issued includes a unique credential number and access to our professional verification portal
Third parties may verify the authenticity of any credential issued by the AI Institute of Professional Development through the verification portal link provided with each certificate
The AI Institute of Professional Development reserves the right to revoke any credential found to have been obtained through misrepresentation or academic dishonesty

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, content, templates, checklists, video training, and resources provided within the program are the exclusive intellectual property of the AI Institute of Professional Development
Participants may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or share program materials with any third party without prior written consent
Materials are provided for the personal professional development of the enrolled participant only

7. Cohort Conduct & Participation

All participants are expected to engage respectfully and professionally within all cohort sessions, community spaces, and communications
Weekly live cohort sessions are delivered via Zoom. Sessions are recorded for enrolled participants only and may not be shared externally
Active participation is encouraged. The AI Institute of Professional Development is not responsible for outcomes resulting from non-participation or disengagement from the program

8. Privacy & Data

Personal information collected during registration and throughout the program is held securely and used solely for program administration, certification issuance, and communications related to the AI Institute of Professional Development
Participant data is never sold or shared with third parties without consent
By enrolling, participants consent to being listed in the AI Institute of Professional Development's Global Directory of Professional AI Consultants upon successful program completion, unless they opt out in writing

9. Program Delivery

The Four Credential Certification Pathway is delivered entirely online through the AI Institute of Professional Development's dedicated training portal
Access to the portal is provided upon enrollment confirmation
The AI Institute of Professional Development reserves the right to update, modify, or improve program content at any time to ensure curriculum remains current and relevant

10. Limitation of Liability

The AI Institute of Professional Development's total liability to any participant shall not exceed the amount paid for enrollment in the program
The AI Institute of Professional Development is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from participation in or inability to participate in the program
Certifications and credentials issued by the AI Institute of Professional Development are professional development qualifications. The AI Institute of Professional Development makes no guarantee that credentials will be accepted, recognized, or required by any specific employer, client, regulatory body, or government authority

11. AI Usage & Disclosure

The AI Institute of Professional Development utilizes artificial intelligence tools to support the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of our program curriculum, communications, and resources. All AI-generated content used within our programs is reviewed, approved, and quality-assured by qualified human instructors before delivery to participants.

Participants enrolled in the Four Credential Certification Pathway may also use AI tools as part of their coursework and practical application exercises. All AI usage within the program must align with the ethical, governance, and compliance standards taught within the curriculum and the responsible use principles of the AI Institute of Professional Development.

The AI Institute of Professional Development does not use AI tools to make enrollment decisions, issue certifications, or evaluate capstone presentations. These processes remain entirely human-led.

The AI Institute of Professional Development makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding the financial outcomes, career results, business success, or earning potential of any participant upon completion of the Four Credential Certification Pathway. Individual results will vary based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to prior experience, industry, effort, application of learning, market conditions, and individual circumstance.

Testimonials, case studies, or success stories shared on our website or in our marketing materials represent individual experiences and are not a guarantee or promise of similar outcomes for any other participant. These are shared for illustrative purposes only.

Certifications and credentials issued by the AI Institute of Professional Development are professional development qualifications issued under CPD accreditation. The AI Institute of Professional Development makes no guarantee that credentials will be accepted, recognized, or required by any specific employer, client, regulatory body, or government authority. It is the sole responsibility of the participant to determine the relevance, recognition, and applicability of their credentials within their specific industry, jurisdiction, or professional context.

Enrollment in the Four Credential Certification Pathway does not guarantee employment, consultancy work, client acquisition, income of any amount, or any specific professional outcome. Success within and beyond this program is determined entirely by the individual effort, commitment, and application of each participant.

14. Governing Law

These policies are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the AI Institute of Professional Development operates. Any disputes arising from enrollment or participation in the program shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
